Last year 2023: it was a busy but fun year for us of continuing to support our valued customers who renew with us each year – Thank you!! As well as working on some really interesting and always rewarding projects, of developing existing systems and designing new ones for charities. In between that we were out and about networking, collaborating and seeing what’s new at a number of Salesforce events.
 February 2024: in a few days time it will also be the start of the New Lunar calendar but for the Real Systems team we are already celebrating changes and the anticipation of exciting opportunities in the year ahead. So what is going on!? Today, we have just launched our refreshed looking website! So yes, it’s still us but Dan our Salesforce Admin has taken the time to give our site a makeover. Also, in-between supporting our customers and working on managing new system projects, we continue to up skill with continuous learning. Last year we launched a new system for a small disability charity in Tower Hamlets London, utilising the new Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Along with that experience our Customer Success Lead Grace is now also a qualified Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.  In other BIG news…we are proud to say our small but passionate team of experts are now Salesforce Consulting Partners!!
