Real Systems have been making some changes to the range services that we offer. In addition to our full consultancy service for new case management systems, we now also offer lots of support for existing systems that don't need to have been built by Real Systems originally. This includes existing Salesforce system reviews and one-off developments, as well as training and support contracts.
We'll be updating the website with exact details of what we offer shortly, but in the meantime you can contact us by email at [email protected] to arrange a time time to talk over the different options available.

Real Systems recently completed work on the second Lightning Communities migration of 2020 so far. We worked closely with a number of organisations that use GMTHINK to carry out user testing to ensure the updated interface worked well for everyone. As no face to face training could be carried out due to COVID-19, Real Systems prepared a number of video guides for users to watch as well as written guides for the new look system, and were also on hand to carry out video Q&A sessions with teams who were interested in more support.
If your organisation has community users and are looking to migrate to Lightning Communities, contact [email protected] for more information on how we could help you. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Real Systems carried out some work at short notice to provide a system to help the government respond to the need to accommodate rough sleepers in London during the pandemic. This allowed a way for teams involved to allocate rough sleepers to hotel rooms across the capital quickly and easily.
In February Real Systems completed work on transitioning the BTHINK interface to Salesforce Lightning Experience. This transition was used as an opportunity to review current processes on the system, and the team sought much feedback from a wide range of BTHINK users to make sure the updated system worked at it's best for everyone. Real Systems also delivered a number of workshops and training sessions to support users in the roll out of the new interface.
GMTHINK - Since the launch of MTHINK in Manchester in 2015 which was first commissioned by Shelter for the Inspiring Change Manchester Programme, the database system has grown along with more providers using the multi-agency system and it is now jointly commissioned with Manchester City Council.
As the database has rolled out further it is now called GMTHINK (Great Manchester - Tackling Homelessness Information NetworK) to also include GMCA who manage the SIB programme. Users are now recording their work with the SIB clients and running SIB reports BTHINK - The SIB programme has also been rolled out in Brighton and the services using the multi-agency system have been recording the outcomes on BTHINK. The system enables the teams involved to run reports on the SIB cohort when required. |
