User Engagement and Support
Implementing a new database can be daunting for those involved, but Real Systems can work with you on keeping your users involved and informed to help make the transition as smooth as possible. We also offer excellent training, delivered by our team who have a number of year’s experience of providing Salesforce training to users with varying IT confidence. Once your system has gone live, Real Systems can provide a Monday to Friday helpdesk service to support you and your users with any ongoing queries or assistance needed.
Data Cleaning and Reporting
Once you’re up and running we’ll work with you to help you get the most of your data. From reporting back to your funders about outcomes to submitting rough sleeping data to government departments, Real Systems can set up reporting templates within Salesforce for you to use to highlight the impact of your organisation. We can also work with you to set up regular monitoring of data inputting, including data cleaning, to ensure that the data that you are reporting on is accurate and up to date.
