Bobby

The Real Systems Manager with 15+ years’ experience in the homelessness charity sector, including working on the GLA-funded CHAIN system, Bobby combines technical expertise with sector knowledge to lead the team and tech oversight of all system developments.

Grace is the Customer Success Lead at Real Systems, working closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of their databases and the services provided. Including being the tech lead on system developments.

Dan
Dan is the Salesforce Administrator at Real Systems, managing the helpdesk to provide clients with fast, efficient support and contributing to development projects. 

About Homeless Link

Real Systems works closely with Homeless Link, a national membership charity for organisations supporting people experiencing homelessness in England. We collaborate to improve services and campaign for policy changes that help end homelessness.
Through our social enterprise, we support the homelessness sector with specialised software, engaging training, expert consultancy, and impactful events—while also funding Homeless Link’s broader mission to end homelessness for good.
