GMTHINK Migration to Lightning

​Real Systems recently completed work on the second Lightning Communities migration of 2020 so far. We worked closely with a number of organisations that use GMTHINK to carry out user testing to ensure the updated interface worked well for everyone. As no face to face training could be carried out due to COVID-19, Real Systems prepared a number of video guides for users to watch as well as written guides for the new look system, and were also on hand to carry out video Q&A sessions with teams who were interested in more support.
