Training and support
Training sessions for new users are provided as part of our basic system packages but we don’t expect you to have expert knowledge.
Standard training is carried out by our highly experienced staff for a maximum of six people at a time and we assume little IT experience. Manuals are always provided.
In addition, we can offer more advanced sessions for those who want to develop their skills in reporting and analysis or to ‘train a trainer’, enabling you to cascade training within your organisation.
You can contact our helpdesk with any questions during the testing phase and once the system has gone live. We offer a telephone helpline and email support, and provide rapid, non-technical and technical assistance to all your queries.
