I am Real Systems’ Junior Salesforce Administrator, a role which involves connecting with our partners to understand their needs, find solutions and deliver exceptional customer service. I have previously worked in construction and real estate investment before moving to the homelessness sector. I am passionate about how technology can empower charities to do more and create a lasting impact.
In my spare time enjoy photography, baking and football.
I am the Customer Success Lead for Real Systems. This is a varied role which involves working with all of our customers to make sure that they’re getting the most out of their database, and the service that we provide at Real Systems. I have worked with Salesforce in the homelessness sector for almost 5 years, 4 of which were working as a Salesforce Administrator on the CHAIN (Combined Homelessness And Information Network) system.
When I’m not at work you might find me in a dance or yoga class, cross-stitching or cooking up something exciting in the kitchen.
I am the Manager of Real Systems, and my role involves managing my Salesforce specialist team to deliver the best customer experience to our clients up and down the UK.
It is a varied and enjoyable job where day to day I work on multiple systems that we have been commissioned to build and tasks that can only be handled with a can-do attitude, knowledge, a great team and experience – I have 15 years’ experience working in the homelessness charity sector. This includes working in the CHAIN Team and helping manage and maintain the CHAIN system (rough sleeping and client monitoring database built on the Salesforce Platform) which is funded by the GLA in London.
When I’m not working on CRMs, GDPR, reporting etc. you’ll find me in a yoga pose, being a foodie, travelling the globe and trying to speak in Japanese!
I am Real Systems’ Salesforce Functional Analyst, and a certified Salesforce Administrator with 3 years’ experience creating Salesforce solutions in the charity sector. My role involves troubleshooting technical problems and hearing from customers about what they need from a system, then working out how best to build it!
Outside of work I love musical theatre, vegan junk food and getting too invested in dubious reality TV programmes.
