Real Systems have developed a Salesforce Lightning app in direct response to the DCLG Homelessness Prevention grant funding. This system is currently being used by the Tower Hamlets, Hackney and City of London Corporation and will be used in Aylesbury following a period of development and testing. The system is designed around case management, sharing information between workers specifically tasked with working with vulnerable clients who are in the early stages of instability in terms of their housing, and providing clear outcome recording to enable people to stay in their homes wherever possible.
We offer a fully managed package and can work with local authorities and commissioned providers to adapt the system for your specific, local needs. For a no-obligation demonstration of the system (based on Salesforce and using the latest Lightning interface) please get in touch.

SASH in York are a registered charity who work to help prevent homelessness in 16-25 years olds in York, North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and Hull.
The organisation help to accommodate vulnerable young people in nightstops and find placements with volunteer hosts in supported lodgings. The SASH team work all hours of the day and some staff are home-based staff who need to be able to securely access information on hosts, accommodations and young people's records. Real Systems designed and launched the new system for the charity at the beginning of May. The new system will also help the SASH finance team pull off scheduled payment data which is automatically calculated within the system. A process builder was also used to automate task creation and manage workflow. This will really help the SASH team to save time and manage all their client work within one system. We are excited to be working with SASH and we will continue to support the service and help further development the system to meet the organisations needs. |
